PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely judge deterioration of a secondary battery by adding an increased number of cycles corresponding to the temperature data outputted from a temperature detecting means to the number of charging-discharging cycles of the last time and memorizing as the number of new charging-discharging cycles with a control part when discharging is conducted until discharged capacity reach a first capacity or less and charging is conducted until charged capacity reach a second capacity. SOLUTION: The temperature of a battery block 3 is converted into digital data with an AD converting circuit 82 through a temperature sensor 14. A temperature correcting table circuit 15 selects a correcting value corresponding to the battery temperature with reference to the temperature data. A numerical value correcting circuit 16 corrects the detecting value of the number of charging-discharging cycles based on the corrected value and data outputted from a charging-discharging respeated number counter 13. Charging-discharging number values detected with a control part 7 are transmitted to an output part 17. When connecting terminals 43, 46 are connected, a battery pack 1 and a main body part 2 conduct communication, and charging- discharging number values are transmitted from the output part 17 to a device main body circuit 20.
