PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch that enables a dial to be faced and viewed, and enables time to be verified appropriately without moving a watch body easily around a wrist. SOLUTION: A dial 5 is arranged so that a straight line L for connecting time display 6 corresponding to 6 o'clock to that corresponding to 12 o'clock forms a specific angleαfor a longitudinal direction M of a watch band 4. A contour 8 at the rear side of a watch case 3 is approximated to a contour 10 at the side surface of a wrist 9. The specific angleαis preferably 30-60 deg.. Furthermore, the contour of the rear-side cover of a watch body 2 may also be approximated to the contour 10 at the side surface of the wrist 9.
