PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely, stably, and fixedly hold a view finder attached to an image pickup device in a state where the finder can be raised up, laid down, and rotated at an arbitrary inclined angle (rotated position). SOLUTION: A view finder 2 is rotatably connected to a base member 5 on the main body side of an image pickup device through a clank member 16 having two fulcrums 17 and 18 for rotation at two points. In addition, a guide groove 23 is formed on the base member 5 side and an engaging section 25 which is engaged with the groove 23 is provided on the finder side 2 so that the finder 2 may be rotationally moved when the engaging section 25 moves along the groove 23 when the clank member 16 is rotated. A frictionally fixing mechanism which generates a frictional force by tightening the shaft of one rotational fulcrum 17 is provided for the member 16 and the finder 2 is surely fixedly held at an arbitrary inclined angle by the frictional force.
