PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an A/D oonverter with high operation stability. SOLUTION: The A/D converter is configured such that an analog input signal Ain or a D/A conversion signal (Dac) is selected alternately to a capacitor C2 and the signal is sequentially converted into a digital output Dout on the basis of a state (Bin) of a charging/discharging state of the capacitor C2. In this case, a time ratio (c, T2) of the D/A conversion signal (Dac) exceeds a time ratio (a, T1) of the analog input signal Ain. Thus, the time ratio of the D/A conversion processing requiring a heavier load is increased to balance a charge/discharge time constant and a processing time, then the operation can be made stable.
