PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive high frequency switch with a small propagation loss. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal Tx is connected to an antenna terminal ANT and an external connection terminal Ex respectively via diodes D11, D13. The antenna terminal ANT is connected to a reception terminal Rx1 via a transmission line 23. A voltage control terminal Vc1 is connected to the reception terminal Rx1 via a diode D12. Meanwhile, the external connection terminal Ex is connected to a reception terminal Rx2 via a transmission line 25. A voltage control terminal Vc2 is connected to the reception terminal Rx2 via a diode D14. Furthermore, an intermediate connecting point among the transmission terminal Tx and the diodes D11, D13 is connected to ground via a transmission line 24 that is used in common by an antenna terminal side high frequency switch circuit 21a and an external connection terminal side high frequency switch circuit 21b.
