PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make constantly obtainable a good reception result even when receiving states of standard radio waves of respective light indicators are different depending on each installed place. SOLUTION: This light emitting indicator is provided with a power supply part with a solar battery 1, an antenna 3 and a receiving circuit 9 to receive the standard radio waves outside, two control circuits 4, 5 to restore each of received signals hunted by noise by different analyzing programs simultaneously in parallel and a light emission control circuit 7 to select the received signals of the control circuits 4, 5 whose restored received signals are approximated to the normal one most as a light emission signal.
