PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a wire supply apparatus from heat to assure excellent productivity without generation of splash or the like for a long period of time by comprising a heat shielding means for shielding the wire supply apparatus from heat and/or a cooling means for cooling the wire supply apparatus. SOLUTION: A wire supply apparatus 16 to supply a wire type metal magnetic material into a crucible 9 forms a wire supply roll 18 by winding a wire 17 around a roller 20. A wire 17 guided from the wire supply roll 18 is held between a pair of rollers 21 formed of cast-iron and it is then sequentially supplied to the crucible 9 through the rotary driving. A heat shielding apparatus 22 is formed of a heat shielding plate to shield the heat applied to a pair of rollers 21. A vacuum vapor deposition apparatus irradiates the vapor source with an electronic beam to further heat for vaporization when a metal magnetic film is formed on a non-magnetic supporting material when the wire sequentially runs to a cooling can and windup roll from the supply roll.
