ACCELERATION DETECTOR PROVIDED WITH PIEZOELECTRIC TYPE ACCELERATION SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect with good accuracy accelerating by making a starting of a piezoelectric type acceleration sensor quick, even when a power source voltage is fed periodically from a power source to save a power. SOLUTION: An intermittent output type power source circuit 2 feeds a power source voltage to an amplification circuit 4 and an offset standard voltage generation circuit 3 at a prescribed period for a predetermined on-time. A bias voltage is applied from the intermittent output type power source circuit 2 to opposed electrodes of a piezoelectric type acceleration sensor 1 through a voltage application circuit 5. Thereby, the potential difference between a detection electrode of the piezoelectric type acceleration sensor 1 and the counter electrode is made to approach to 0, and the quantity of a charge charged to the piezoelectric type acceleration sensor 1 is reduced to speed up the output starting of the piezoelectric type acceleration sensor 1.
