PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventible blood collecting tube racks from overturning by providing a plurality of protrusions provided at intervals according to the transverse size of the blood collecting tube racks for a pair of mutually opposing inside surfaces of a container main body. SOLUTION: Protrusions 2 provided on an inside wall 1e and protrusions 3 provided on an inside wail 1f are opposed to each other. By inserting blood collecting tube racks 4 into the space between the protrusions 2 and 2 and between the protrusions 3 and 3, it is possible to house the blood collecting tube racks 4 in a tray 1 for carrying blood collecting tube racks. In this case, the transverse movements and overturning of the housed blood collecting tube racks 4 are regulated by the protrusions 2 and 3. Therefore, damage to blood collecting tubes 5 is prevented. In addition, as there are the protrusions 2 and 3 between the adjacent blood collecting tube racks 4 and 4, it is possible to insert hands and fingers easily between the adjacent blood collecting tube racks 4 and 4 in a housed state. Therefore, it is possible to take out the blood collecting tube racks 4 easily.
