PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat fixing device making maintainability and assembling performance improved, while avoiding contact defect at the contact part with a heating element in the surface heat generation method. SOLUTION: This heat fixing device, provided with the heating element 20 on an inner surface of a heating roller 30, consisting of an electrode unit 14 electrically connected to the heating element, and a power feeding body 10 feeding the power on the heating element through the electrode unit. In this case, the power feeding body, held in press contact with the electrode unit by the pressing force in slidable state, is engaged with the heating roller freely attachably and detachably.
