PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile equipment which reduced load on reception processing by making the storage processing to a memory and the output processing to a plotter consistent with each other to efficiently use various resources. SOLUTION: When a receiving an incoming call signal, a CPU 101 checks the state of a plotter 106 and the empty capacity of an SAF memory 109 and requests a job file for reception jobs and that of SAF output jobs, if reception is possible in an equipment. Only when both job files are acquired, does it start reception jobs and SAF jobs to perform the processing of incoming call acceptance, but if reception is disable in the equipment or either job files cannot be acquired, it terminates the processing without accepting the incoming call.
