The snowboard (1) has an under-sole (2) and reinforced edges (3). It has pairs of boot fastenings (5) mounted on bases (6) fixed to the board's upper surface by screws (4). The bases are designed to raise the centre of gravity of the snowboarders, allowing the board to be manoeuvred with less effort. The dimensions of the board can be adapted to the number and weight of users. In a variant the board can be fitted with a propulsion, traction or magnetic lift system, making it a self-propelled vehicle.
