PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data transmission system that can decode data even when all carriers receive amplitude fluctuation at the same time. SOLUTION: In an OFDM transmission frame, contents of additional data sent in one transmission frame by each carrier as to L sets of specific carriers 3, 5,..., N-2 are set identical, a data quantity transmitted by one carrier in one transmission symbol is used for a data block that is one unit for data transmission and the sequence of data blocks X1-Xm transmitted by each transmission symbol in one transmission frame is made different from each other as to two carriers or over among the specific carriers, that is, the 5th and remaining carriers. Thus, even when all carriers receive amplitude fluctuation at the same time, data used by any carrier can be used and the additional data can be decoded.
