摘要

When an antitumor agent acting on microtubule is used together with an ERK M AP kinase cascade blocking agent, the antitumor effect of the agent acting on microtubule can be remarkably potentiated. Namely, a combination of the agen t acting on microtubule with the ERK MAP kinase cascade blocking agent is usef ul as an excellent antitumor agent with a remarkable efficacy.
