PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forgetting of taking change and to make easily take out change in a cup beverage dispenser. SOLUTION: In the case of requiring return of change, this change paying-out device transports a change receiving part 20 installed in a cup holding part 17 holding a beverage cup by a cup carrying mechanism 15 and after receiving change coins 22 from the coin shooter 21 of a coin processor 7, carries them to a beverage take-out port 5. Thus, the change is paid out to the same port 5 as that of a beverage cup, forgetting of the change is prevented and taking out of the change is facilitated.
