PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type vibration control device having novel seal structure to prevent lowering of fluid tightness due to arrangement of an opening window at a holding cylinder fitting and stably provide excellent fluid tightness when the drive force of a drive means arranged outside a fluid sealing region is transmitted through an opening window arranged at the holding cylinder fitting to a rotary valve to open and close an orifice passage disposed in the fluid sealing region. SOLUTION: An orifice member 44 to which a rotary valve 108 is assembled is arranged in a state to be inserted in a holding cylinder fitting 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the orifice member 44 is forced into close contact with the holding cylinder fitting 24 and an opening window 40 is formed in a portion where the holding cylinder fitting 24 is forced into close contact with the orifice member 44. The output shaft of a drive means is coupled to the rotary valve 108 through the opening window 40. Only the peripheral part of the opening window 40 of the holding cylinder fitting 24 is bent radially internally of the holding cylinder fitting 24 and forced into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the orifice member 44 through a seal rubber layer 42 and this way provides high sealing ability at the opening peripheral edge part of the opening window 40.
