PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell and a separator which are advantageous in power generation and miniaturization of their sizes. SOLUTION: This fuel cell has multiple cells each having a positive electrode and a negative electrode both of which catch an electrolyte film, and separators each arranged between the cells. The separator 3B is provided with an entrance manifold 8B to which a fluid containing an active material is supplied, an exit manifold 9B from which the fluid containing the active material is drained, and a fluid passage 10B. The fluid passage 10B is so extended as to connect the entrance manifold 8B with the exit manifold 9B and is turned around. The turned-around times of the fluid passage 10B is odd. Both the entrance manifold 8B and the exit manifold 9B are formed on either one side part 38B in the widthwise direction of the separator 3B. |
