PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device capable of maintaining an image of high quality for a long period. SOLUTION: As for the electrophotographic device equipped with an electrophotographic photoreceptor including charge generating material and charge transfer material, the film thickness of the photoreceptive layer of the photoreceptor is controlled to be <=18 μm, and also, the device is provided with a means for detecting the dark decay amount of the photoreceptor and a means for correcting the electrified potential of the photoreceptor, based on the dark decay amount. |
