PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POS system capable of realizing systematic management in which a POS controller is related to kitchen equipment. SOLUTION: The POS system is provided with a POS register 11 to store sale management data like various commodity masters, food material masters and sales information, etc., and to perform ordering of commodities and adjustment work and a cold storage house 1 which is installed to perform cooling preservation of fool materials and linked with the POS register 11 by a signal line 22 and the cold storage house 1 is provided with a sensor to be connected with the signal line 22 and to transfer data with the POS register 11 and a switching element to control drive of equipment installed on the cold storage house 1 by the data from the POS register 11. |
