PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cashless traffic system without the need of the purchase work of a boarding ticket and a fare adjustment processing by excess ride or the like by a user. SOLUTION: This ticket examination machine 1 at the entrance records a ticket entrance information including the entrance station information in an inserted traffic card. Also, the ticket examination machine 1 at the exit reads out an identification code and a prescribed entrance information from the inserted traffic card and transmits utilization information including the identification code, the ticket entrance information and exit information including the exit station information to a station server 3. The station server 3 stores the utilization information received from the ticket examination machine 1 and transmits it to this center 5. The center 5 stores the utilization information received from the station server 3, calculates a utilization money amount for each identification code based on the utilization information and requests a final institution to move funds for the utilization money amount calculated for each identification code from the account of a pertinent user to the prescribed account for payment.
