xDSL WEB ORDERING TOOL

A system for providing a DSL service for a loop includes a web-based DSL ordering tool program to initiate a single session with a customer during which a loop qualification test is conducted and where the service order is placed. The web-based ordering tool (item 130, in the figure) is in communication with a web server (item 124, in the figure) to allow customer interaction.
