The present invention relates to a method for processing solid-state materials that involves forming pores having a maximal cross-section of 100 nm in the surface layer of said material. The pores are further filled with threads made of a different material or made of the same material. It is thus possible to improve a whole series of characteristics of the material, mainly concerning its resistance and acoustic losses. This invention can especially be used in the production of piezo-ceramics.
|
