X-ray unit controls unit

The support is a C arch with a controls unit (50) located at one of the arch ends. The controls unit has the shape of a handle (50) with a hand grip (51) and a control field (52) with control buttons (53-59) and display devices (60,61). The controls unit can be adjusted and is detachable from the arch to then be attached to the support arch by a connecting cable. Electromagnetic wave transfer of data is between the detached controls unit and the support and between the controls unit and the X-ray unit control and processing unit. The location of the controls unit enables a single operator to adjust the X-ray unit or the C- arch relative to a patient by using the grip and operating the controls at the same time.
