A box is constructed from standard rails and support rails of different heights. The support rails (3) have a shoulder to support the components to be transported. The corners of standard rails (2) and support rails have corresponding connection parts (4,8) to form corner connections. The parts are e.g. upright tongue-and-groove parts. The rails have pegs in the underside, which engage into bores in the top of other rails.
