The second layer is thinner than the carrier layer (11) and is created by spraying heated, though not completely molten, plastic particles (13) of a different color onto the black carrier layer. The colored layer (12) has a rough outer surface. The plastic particles (13) are applied uniformly to cover 50-100% of the entire surface of the carrier layer (11). Plastic particles (13,14) of different colors may be applied to the carrier either simultaneously or consecutively to give a multicolor layer. Both the carrier layer and the plastic particles are of the same plastic and the thickness ratio of the colored to carrier layer is 1:5-1:100.
