Method of making special service call and apparatus for making the same

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for achieving access to a station or a service program by making use of telemetric call from automated devices of customer objects such as messages about state of devices or messages of alarm devices so as to prevent interference of customer signs with this call. According to the present invention the customer signs such as warning tone, are cancelled for duration of the telemetric call and after finish of this call they are again reactivated. The access from the customer object devices to the station or a service program can be preferably provided via telephone line, without restricting selection of telephone signs by the customer. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises means (21, 22) for reception of a special service call and means for change-over the special service call to a place of destination (60).
