Coated mould for making polyurethane foams

Casing for preparing articles of flexible polyurethane foam, characterized in that the inner wall of the casing comprises polyalkene, most preferably polypropene. This may imply that the inner wall is a layer of polyalkene material attached to the inside of the casing or that the entire casing is made of polyalkene. The casing may be a trough, a mixing head, a box or a mould. If it is a trough or mixing head it is very useful in continuous slabstock production process. If the casing is a box or a mould it can be used in respectively box foaming processes and cold cure moulding processes.
