In the present invention there is disclosed a process for preparing an immunoglobulin preparation with high titer, containing particularly immunoglobulin G. The invented process is characterized by (a) fractionating blood plasma being selected from a group comprising plasma from various donors, whereby at least one industrially valorizable fraction containing particularly polyclonal immunoglobulin G is separated under obtaining at least one residual fraction, (b) preparation of a protein solution of protein components obtained from the residual fraction according to paragraph (a) of from subfractions thereof, (c) subjecting the resulting protein solution at least once to affinity chromatography with immobilized ligands of at least one ligand type, whereby the specific proteins of the plasma are bound to the ligands and bound plasma proteins are released. The released bound plasma proteins are then transferred as active components into the immunoglobulin preparation with high titer. The obtained immunoglobulins can be also treated to i.v. tolerant and storage stable product that is valuable and can be prepared from fractions of human plasma, which fractions were until now thrown up in industrial processes of the plasma fractionation
