The invented enclosed bottle carrier for transporting bottles (B) located side-by-side in the shape of a rectangle and containing an upper wall (1, 101) a bottom wall (37, 147) and side walls is characterized according to the present invention in that each side wall has a bottom section (21, 35, 110, 110a) and a skew upper section (6, 8, 111). The upper wall (1, 101), the bottom wall (37, 147) and the side walls are interconnected in order to form a tubular structure. An upper end panel (2, 4, 107, 109) is fastened in foldable manner to each side end edge of the upper wall (1, 101), whereby to each side end edge of the side wall upper section (6, 8, 111) and to adjacent side edge of the upper end panel (2, 4, 107, 109) there is fastened in foldable manner a binding structure with a folding line extending from adjacent corner of the upper wall (1, 101) under an angle to the side end edge of the side wall upper section (6, 8, 111) and this binding structure is foldable for gripping necks of corner bottles (B) by tightening manner.
