PURPOSE:To provide a molding method for a multilayer powdery material capable of molding a molded product of the multilayer powdery material wherein an interlayer is continuously varied in composition. CONSTITUTION:Nets 3, 4 are arranged in a containerlike rubber mold 1 to form a plurality of layers of filling space 5, 6, 7. Each filling space 5, 6, 7 is filled respectively with each of three kinds of powdery materials 8, 9, 10 of a different composition. Then, the powdery materials 8, 9, 10 at mutual border part of respective filling space 5, 6, 7 are mixed through meshes of respective nets 3, 4 by vibrating a rubber mold 1. The border part is formed as a continuous composition layer likely to be gradually varied in composition from one side powdery material composition to the other side powdery composition. Thereafter, the rubber mold 1 is pressurized isostatically with high pressure fluid in a pressure resisting container to mold the powdery material 8, 9, 10 in the rubber mold 1 by compaction. |
