The invented device for sealing two parts moving relatively to each other, particularly two tilting wings (1, 2) has a sealing element made of spring steel and having straight clamping edges (6, 7) a supported area as well as arch-like curved sealing area (10), whereby between the supported area and the sealing area (10) there is arranged at least one crank (12, 32) and the device second part is at top region of the arch-like curved sealing area (10) in contact with the sealing element (5) and relative movement of both the parts of a device is produced roughly tangentially to this top region. Inside the sealing element (5) there is arranged a supporting element (14) in such a manner that it bears against the sealing element (5) in close proximity to the crank (12, 32) and during relative movement of the device parts acts counter lift of a supported bearing area (13, 33) of the sealing element (5) away from adjacent bearing surface thereof.
