In the present invention there is disclosed a staircase lining element (22) intended for renovation of a staircase step (10) consisting of a tread (12) a riser (16) and a treading edge (20). The proposed staircase lining element (22) is made of material based on wood and covers the tread (12), the treading edge (20) and the riser (16). Between the tread (12) and the staircase lining element (22) there can be optionally arranged a pad. The staircase lining element (22) either completely or nearly completely covers the tread (12), the treading edge (20) and the riser (16) and is a single-part shaped element consisting of multi-plywood. Close to the treading edge (20) the staircase lining element (22) projects before its section (28) being situated at the riser (16). |
