The invented filter has a housing (10) in which there are placed packages (22, 23, 24, 25) of activated charcoal. The housing (10) is connected by means of a piping and via a first connection (11) with fuel tank inlet pipe, via a second connection (12) with the fuel tank and via a third connection (13) with surrounding air. The housing (10) has chambers (17, 18, 19, 20) being performed by separation of the housing (10) inner space by a first partition wall (14) being coupled with the housing (10) sides as well as bottom (15) thereof and another partition wall (16) being coupled between the chambers (17, 18) also with the housing (10) cover (21) and between the chambers (19, 20) with both the housing (10) cover (21) and the bottom (15) thereof. The chambers (17, 18, 19, 20) are filled up with the activated charcoal and the activated charcoal packages (22, 23, 24, 25) are provided on their faces with layers of filter cloths for preventing removal of the activated charcoal.
