PURPOSE: A jig for measuring cooling capacity of engine is provided to vary the measuring area according to the radiation area which varies according to the type of motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A jig comprises a fixed frame(20) equipped with a driving motor(10) and installed upright at one side of the jig; a variable frame(30) installed upright at the other side of the jig;l and a guide rail connecting upper and lower ends of the fixed frame and the variable frame. The guide rail has a side wall(41) with a slide groove(41a), and a stepped portion(42) with a slide groove(42a). The variable frame has a protrusion(31) to be guide-coupled into the slide groove formed at the side wall of the guide rail. A measuring cylinder(50) has a protrusion(51) protruded from an end of the measuring cylinder and guide-coupled into the slide groove formed at the stepped portion of the guide rail. A slave pulley(44) which is coupled with a belt(43) mounted to a driving pulley(12) installed at a driving shaft(11) of the driving motor, is mounted onto an end of the guide rail. The belt has a holding member(43a) attached to a surface of the belt, so as to hold a protrusion(32) protruded from upper and lower end of the variable frame.
