In the present invention there are described PTH derivatives being selected from a group comprising [Luee8, Glne18, Thre33, Alae34]hPTH(1-34)OH, [Luee8, Alae16, Glne18, Alae19, Thre33, Alae34]hPTH(1-34)OH, [Luee8, Alae16, Glne18, Thre33, Alae34]hPTH(1-34)OH, [Luee8, Aspe10, Lyse11 Glne18]hPTH(1-36)OH, [Luee8, Aspe10, Lyse11, Glne18, Thre33, Alae34]hPTH(1-34)OH, [Luee8, Aspe10, Lyse11, Alae16, Glne18, Thre33, Alae19]hPTH(1-36)OH, [Luee8, Aspe10, Lyse11, Alae16, Glne18, Thre33, Alae34]hPTH(1-34)OH, [Luee8, Aspe10, Lyse11, Alae16, Glne18]hPTH(1-36)OH and [Luee8, Alae18, Glne18, Alae19]hPTH(1-36)OH either in a free form or in the form of salts or a complex. In the present invention there are also described pharmaceutical preparations in which the above specified derivatives are contained.
