The invented sleeve grip of a tube on a wall comprises a sleeve (1) having the form of a geometrical body of constant cross section and parallel surface lines, such as a cylinder or a prism, being provided with a slit (3) and folds (4, 5) extending along this slit, and a grip element (2) intended for fastening on the wall and having on sides folds (9, 8) for interaction with the folds (4, 5) of the sleeve (1). The sleeve (1) slit (3) is an elongated slit having a trapezoidal form and widening upward. The grip element (2) is also of trapezoidal form widening upward and folds of the grip element (2) interact in detachable manner with the folds (4, 5) of the sleeve (1). When attaching the tube first the greater of the grip element (2) parallel sides turned upward is attached to the wall, the tube is put into the sleeve (1) having its greater side of the slip (3) parallel sides turned upward and the sleeve (1) is then inserted in the grip element (2) from above, whereby the folds (4, 5) of the sleeve (1) are brought into mutual engagement with the folds (9, 8) of the grip element (2).
