PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pollen-containing edible oil and fat composition capable of being ingested without feeling a bitterness or the like, of the pollen, not inhibiting a bakery property and tasting property even when mixing is a bakery product, or the like, and useful for a food, a confectionery or the like, by dispers ing the pollen in an edible oil and fat (composition). SOLUTION: This pollen-containing edible oil and fat composition is obtained by dispersing the pollen of one kind or two or more kinds of flowers selected from the group consisting of a mandarin orange, an orange, a lemon, an apple,, a pear, a peach, an acacia, a rapeseed, a soybean, a rice, a wheat, a corn, a buckwheat and a Japanese milk vetch in an edible oil and fat or an edible oil and fat composition such as rape seed oil. Further, it is preferable that it does not substantially contain an optional allergen other than the pollen which is an allergen, and an allergen component originated from one kind or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of an egg, an animal milk, a soybean, a rice, a wheat or a buckwheat is not contained. Also, 10-50 pts.wt. edible oil and fat is blended with 100 pts.wt. powdery material containing the pollen. |
