<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly energizing a heating reaction tubular body to heat it and to contrive stable, continuous decomposition of dioxins in the heating reaction tubular body provided with an electrode between a pressurizing zone on the right side and an injecting automatic control valve at the left end by installing an injecting pump, an automatic temperature controller, and an automatic pressure controller. SOLUTION: A power source is connected to an electrode 2 through an automatic temperature controller 5, an automatic pressure controller 6, and an injecting automatic control valve 7, and by power operation by these automatic temperature controller 5, automatic pressure controller 6, and injecting automatic control valve 7, dioxins mixed water 15 injected to a heating reaction tubular body 1 from an injecting pump 8 is heated. And temperature/pressure are made proper near a pressurizing zone 9 to continuously decompose dioxins and make them harmless and discharge them from a discharge port 14. And material for the heating reaction tubular body 1 is preferably high chromium of 50% or more chromium excelling in corrosion resistance, and it is desirable that the heating reaction tubular body 1 in the shape withstanding 300 atm is formed of this high chromium alloy.</p> |
