PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing conveniently a multilayered foamed molded article which can be used for automotive interior trim, etc., and is lightweight and highly rigid and excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: At first, a skin material 3 is arranged between top and bottom molds 1 and 2 by using the top and bottom molds for mold stamping molding and then, while a resin compsn. (a molten resin 6) for forming a base contg. a polypropylene resin material and a foaming agent is injected and filled into a cavity formed by the top and bottom molds under a condition where the molds are opened, on the other hand, the cavity is compressed by multi-steps contg. speed control and pressure control and thereafter, the top and bottom molds are opened by a specified amt. and after the resin compsn. for forming the base is foamed to form a foamed base layer, the foamed base layer is solidified by cooling. A multilayered foamed molded article constituted of the foamed base layer consisting of the polypropylene resin material and a skin layer consisting of the skin material can be reduced thereby. |
