PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim fixing clip capable of obtaining a reliable temporarily holding state to a trim. SOLUTION: A first member 1 and a second member 11 are provided, the first member has a hollow cylindrical part 2 inside which a stud bolt is inserted and a flange part 3 having a diameter larger than an installing hole of a trim, a locking piece 4 locked on the stud bolt is formed in the hollow cylindrical part, the second member has an annular base body 12 having a diameter larger than the installing hole of the trim and an annular wall 14 for defining a fitting hole for fitting the hollow cylindrical part of the first member on the inside of the annular base body, plural elastic pieces 16 are arranged on the opening edge of the annular wall, a locking claw 17 locked on a peripheral surface of the installing hole of the trim is formed on an outside surface of the respective elastic pieces, and when the hollow cylindrical part is fitted in the fitting hole defined by the annular wall by forming a projection 18 abutting to a tip outer peripheral surface of the hollow cylindrical part on the inside surface, the respective elastic pieces are expansively opened outward to firmly lock the locking claw of the outside surface on a peripheral surface of the installing hole.
