PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping-out of a nipple end by providing bifurcated hooks hooked on the connecting bar from both sides of the nipple end on one side and a clinch hook for fastening the nipple end to the connecting bar on the other side. SOLUTION: In a spring fastener 10, bifurcated hooks 11 extend to one side to be fitted to a slot 24 of a connecting bar 23 to be hooked on the connecting bar 23 from both sides of a nipple end 26 of an interlock wire 25. A clinch hook 12 extends to the other side to fasten the nippled end 26 to the connecting bar 23. Angled tongues 13 are provided on the tip of the hooks 11, and an angled tongue 14 is provided on the tip of the hook 12 to be installed and removed in a single operation. Thus, the nipple end is easily inserted into the slot to secure assembling performance, and slipping-out is prevented while being held in the slot in a falling preventive state regardless of a tension applying condition.
