PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath supporting apparatus having mush usable space inside the bath tub, maintaining the stable seating position of a nursed person whose seating position is usually unstable, and enables him/her to sit down safely without much burden on him and a nursing person. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a base frame 5, which is placed on the upper face of a bath tub 2, a driving mechanism, which is installed on the base frame 5, a seat part 51 for a nursed person, and a suspending member 9..., which are hung down to be capable of sending out and winding up by the driving mechanism and suspends the seat part 51. The seat part 51 that is possible for hem parts on the left and the right sides of the seat part 51 to fall sidelong and outward on roughly coplanar to the seat face of the seat part 51 and stand upward in a more projecting state than the seat face, has a handle 51a set slidably.
