PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with another process such as coating or the like separately from a forming process, easily remove dirt adhering to an exposed component, and improve antifoulancy by forming at least one member of constitutive materials of an exposed component of a toilet seat such as a toilet stool seat by a resin molding in which a lubricant is mixed in the resin. SOLUTION: A constitutive material of exposed components of a toilet seat such as a toilet stool seat 1, a toilet seat 2 and a main body case 3 is formed by resin molding in which a lubricant is mixed in the base material resin. As a lubricant, cited are hydrocarbon lubricant such as paraffin wax or the like, fatty acid alcohol lubricant such as stearyl alcohol. Thus, the lubricant is mixed to improve lubricity of the resin molding surface, whereby a dirt made by dispersion or dissolution of faces and urine which mostly cause dirt of the toilet stool seat adheres to the component, the dirt can be simply removed to simplify cleaning, so that breeding of various bacteria whose nutrition source is dirt can be reduced, and the surface of the resin molding is prevented from being damaged by wiping in cleaning.
