PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing of soymilk and a compressor for the same, excellent in assemblability, capable of increasing compressing efficiency by providing a seraper having a large contact area and high raking up efficiency. SOLUTION: The compressor 10 has a compressing screw 13 compressing materials, to be compressed, supplied into a compressing screen member 11 to produce soymilk by rotating in the cylindrical compressing screen member 11 having numerous micropores on its circumferential surface, and tabular scrapers 40 whose tips are in close contact with the inner circumferential face of the compressing screen member 11 by integrally rotating with a compressing screw member 13 are installed on a screw shaft 13a of the screw member 13 parallel to the shaft line of the screw member 13. |
