PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a culturing apparatus capable of properly and effectively supplying water, nutrition and oxygen to plants by covering the root part of a plant with an encircling article, and supplying water and nutrition to the inside of the encircling article as fog dips by an aerial spray nozzle spraying the specific fog dips, retaining necessary and sufficient duration of flight to fog drips. SOLUTION: At least the root part of the cultivated plants are wrapped by the encircling article 3, water and/or nutrition is supplied as fog dips to the inside of the encircling article 3 by the aerial spray nozzle 7 spraying fog dips having particle size less than few μm. In this case, the average particle size of the fog dips are preferably set as <=5 μm by supplying a liquid under pressure and compressed air to the aerial spray nozzle 7, an ejector type aerial spray nozzle 7 using Venturi tube is preferred, and the particle size of the fog dips are controlled by adjusting the supplying pressure of the compressed air and the liquid under pressure. |
