PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pallet which is imparted with safety for fork insertion and high rigidity for a floor plate portion of the pallet when loaded articles are transferred in various kinds of pallets. SOLUTION: A frame member 3 having a planar quadrilateral shape is fixedly provided at the central part on the underface of a floor plate 1 in such a state that each corner part of the frame member 3 is positioned on longitudinal and lateral center lines of the floor plate 1. The frame member 3 is so formed that the length of a diagonal thereof is set to be shorter than a distance between forks F of a forklift for transportation and that the height of the frame member is set to be lower than that of base legs of a pallet.
