PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator escape promptly and safely without relying on his physical strength in an emergency. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a fender 5 used to get on and off to a drivers cab of a construction machine main body, a handrail provided on an edge part of the fender 5, and an emergency escape device 10 for making an operator escape from the driving cab 4 in emergency. An usual state which functions as a part of the handrail and a state of an emergency escape for composing a ladder for the operator to get off the ladder on the ground can be set with the emergency escape device 10.
