PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable waterproof performance uninfluenced by execution workmanship by laying an end piece of a waterproof sheet so as to abut to or partially overlap with an end piece of a sash installing piece, and arranging a sheet fixing piece so as to be hooked on both. SOLUTION: A sash installing piece 4d is formed around a sash frame as a flange- shaped overhang piece, and when installing the sash installing piece in an opening part 2, the sash installing piece is fixed to a building frame by nails. A waterproof sheet 14 having a specific width is allowed to abut to the total length of an end piece tip part of the sash installing piece 4d of the four peripheries in a peripheral part of a sash 4, or is laid so that a specific width overlaps each other. Afterwards, a waterproof sheet 12 sticking a butyl rubber sheet 12a to the installing surface side is hooked on both of the sash installing piece 4d and the waterproof sheet 14 to be fixed by a woode screw 13. A required process is only to arrange a step difference on the installing surface side of the waterproof sheet 12. Thus, high reliability to water leakage of the sash periphery can be obtained. Execution work time can be shortened, a leveling execution work error in execution workmanship can be minimized, and long-term reliability can be secured.
