PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mosquito-attracting and catching device capable of protecting a human body from mosquitoes in a wide area such as an outer field without using an insecticide affecting human being and animals. SOLUTION: This mosquito-attracting and catching device 1 comprises a flat surface heat generator 2, adhesive traps 3 used as a catching means, and a dry ice container 4 in which dry ice 5 and water 6 are placed and which is put near to the opened sides of the flat surface heat generator 2 and the adhesive traps 3. Black cloths are adhered to the adhesive traps 3, or a black bag in which a disposable pocket heater is placed is disposed as a heater between the adhesive traps 3.
