PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structural body of plural members, wherein an adjustment in time of assembling is highly speediness and simplicity but also high enough in accuracy after the assembly and its coupling method in combination. SOLUTION: This is one pertaining to a structural body to be coupled after the position of a sensor bracket 535 to a lens bracket is set up in a multidegree- of-freedom manner. It is comprised of both these lens and sensor brackets and each columnar body 6 contacted with these respective members, and out of these respective contact parts between the columnar body 6 and the lens bracket as well as the sensor bracket 535, this columnar body 6 is extended to form its adjusting range at the outside from at least one side of the contact parts, and further, at the contact part, the columnar body 6 and the lens bracket or the sensor bracket 535 are locked in point or line contact, and thus this columnar body 6 is a coupling structural body of plural members to be energized toward at least one side of the lens bracket and the sensor bracket 535 via a rubber band 8.
